      Our llamas are friendly, peaceful being. They fear loud noise, rough and abrupt movements. Like with any other animal slow motion, soft voice tone and time is the sure recipe to discover this Camel type breed.

      The dry stone "Cabana" is centuries old and in an amazing state. Initially used as over night shelter by the shepherd or farm worker, abandoned for years,    it is now a charming refuge.

      YURTS

        Detail of a Yurt TOOHO,  the centre piece is holding the whole wooden structure together without nails or screws.

      Ger or Mogolian Yurt

      Ger or гэр in Mongolian, simply means "home"

      A Ger or yurt is a portable dwelling structure traditionally used by nomads in the steppes of Central Asia as their home.

      The frame consists of one or more expanding lattice wall-sections, a door-frame, roof poles and a crown or TOOHO.

      The frame is usually covered by layers of fabric and sheep's wool felt for insulation and weatherproofing.

      The traditional decoration within a yurt is primarily pattern based.These patterns are generally not according to taste, but are derived from sacred ornaments with certain symbolism. Symbols representing strength are among the most common. Repeating geometric patterns are also widely used. The most widespread geometric pattern is the continuous hammer or walking pattern (alkhan khee). Commonly used as a border decoration it represents unending strength and constant movement;

      Felt isulation

      The thick felt, or non-woven wool, used to cover the ger came from the nomads own animals. Central Asian nomads were herders.

      They had sheep, goats, and yak. Cashmere, for instance, one of the softest, lightest wools.
